Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how Trinetra subscriptions renew, how to cancel, and when you are eligible for a refund. It applies to payments made through Stripe and Razorpay.

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all paid plans for the Trinetra Cyber Defense platform operated by TRINETRA CYBER DEFENSE PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U74904UW2026PTC252417). Payments are collected via Razorpay (India) and Stripe(international).

Overview

We want you to be satisfied with your training. Because Trinetra offers a free tier that lets you evaluate the platform before paying, paid subscriptions are generally non-refundable except as set out below or as required by applicable consumer law.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are offered on a monthly and/or annual recurring basis, as shown at checkout.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until you cancel. We charge the payment method on file via Stripe or Razorpay.
  • All prices are shown in the currency at checkout and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes (including Indian GST) as indicated.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period; you will not be charged again.
  • You retain access to paid features until that period ends, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
  • Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund of the current period unless you also qualify under section 4.

Refund window & eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back window on your first purchase of a paid plan: if you are not satisfied, request a refund within 7 days of the initial charge and we will refund it in full, provided you have not materially abused the Service.

  • Annual plans: outside the initial window, refunds are generally not provided for the unused portion, except where required by law or approved at our discretion (which may be pro-rata).
  • Monthly plans: outside the initial window, charges for the current month are non-refundable; simply cancel to avoid the next charge.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges: always refundable — contact us and we will correct them.

Non-refundable items

  • Charges older than the applicable refund window described above.
  • One-off purchases that have been fully delivered/consumed (e.g. a downloaded certificate or completed event entry), unless faulty.
  • Accounts terminated for breach of the Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.

How to request a refund

Email info@trinetracyberdefense.com from your registered email address with your account email, approximate transaction date, and reason. We may ask for the payment-reference ID from Stripe or Razorpay.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via the same processor used for the purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days; the time for the amount to appear depends on your bank or card issuer (often an additional 5–10 business days).
